Disco Volante means Flying Saucer in Italian.  It is the name of the Yacht belonging to the Villain, Emilio Largo, in the James Bond film Thunderball. With Clarified Milk as an ingredient, it’s also a nod to the classic trope of kittens and saucers of milk.
