The most popular drink on the menu, its name, a nod to the rosewater, is from the scene in It’s A Wonderful Life when George Bailey, seeing how terrible life in Bedford Falls would be had he never been born, gets his wish to “live again”. He knows it’s come true when he finds two flower petals in his pocket. These had fallen from his daughter Zuzu’s school-prize flower earlier in the story, and he hid them in his pocket after telling her he had “pasted” them back on. He throws them up in air and exclaims “Zuzu’s Petals!” which starts off the iconic scene of George running down main street in Bedford Falls wishing a Merry Christmas to all the landmarks in town.
